L'innovation en métallurgie et en transformation des métaux
CTIF, institut technologique labellisé Carnot, est le centre technique industriel de référence en métallurgie et transformation des métaux (fonderie, forge, fabrication additive métallique, affinage, recyclage...) depuis 77 ans. Il accompagne les industriels dans leurs projets d’amélioration de leur compétitivité, d'intégration des technologies de l'industrie 4.0 et de prise en compte de la transition écologique et énergétique.
Ses principaux champs d’activité sont l’innovation, le conseil opérationnel, les essais de laboratoire, le prototypage et la formation. Il dispose de 5 000 m2 de laboratoires, d’un centre de calcul, d’un service de veille, d’un centre de formation, de plateformes d’essais en propre et via des collaborations (bancs d’essais de matériaux, fonderie, forge, plateforme de recyclage, imprimantes 3D...).
