TeraView Ltd. is at the forefront of global developments in terahertz light, creating terahertz instruments which can generate, detect and manipulate radiation to characterize a wide range of materials. The terahertz spectrum is between light and radio waves and offers the advantage of being non-invasive and non-destructive.

Using our terahertz equipment, THz imaging is capable of being applied to a number of 3D terahertz imaging and spectroscopy uses. TeraView's proprietary TPITM is utilized in a range of industries, with the potential to save lives, improve security, maintain food and drug standards, and make industry more efficient. The semi-conductor, solar, pharmaceutical, medical, homeland security, non-destructive testing and material characterization industries have all experienced major developments as a result of terahertz imaging.

Headquartered in Cambridge, UK, TeraView was spun-out of the Toshiba Cambridge Research Laboratory in April 2001. Sales and support are available throughout Europe, North America and the Far East either directly or through a network of distributors.
