Après avoir mené une mission dans un cabinet de conseil international sur les questions d'accessibilité des femmes au leadership, des étudiants et jeunes diplômés ont décidé d'agir concrètement en faveur de la mixité en créant l'association Women'Up.
Considérant l’art du networking comme un instrument essentiel de promotion, et prenant en compte l’essor des réseaux féminins professionnels, Women’UP souhaite offrir la possibilité à des étudiantes - identifiées comme de futures professionnelles appelées à exercer des responsabilités - d’entrer en contact avec des femmes actives et sensibilisées à la gestion de carrière au sein de ces réseaux.
Women’UP bénéficie déjà de la confiance de grandes entreprises des mondes de la finance, du conseil ou de l’industrie, ainsi que de contacts avancés avec des Grandes Ecoles et des Universités.
L'association accueillera sa première promotion à la rentrée 2011-2012.
