This support must have empowerment as the main axis that enhances women's access to available resources and enables us to access decent work as well as active participation in decision making.
The members are women who at one time or another of our working life decided to undertake in different professional areas. We all advance with great desire to contribute our support and knowledge to other women.

Somos mujeres emprendedoras y queremos acompañar a otras mujeres en su emprendimiento, compartir experiencias y generar redes de colaboración.
EmakumeEkin nace con la finalidad de apoyar a las mujeres emprendedoras y de acercar la posibilidad del emprendimiento a todas las mujeres. Existen dos motivos principales que nos mueven a constituir EmakumeEkin:
1. Nuestra inquietud ante la falta de visibilidad de las mujeres en el mundo empresarial y
2. Nuestra confianza en que, creando empresas la aportación de las mujeres a la sociedad será más completa.
A la mujeres se nos han asignado históricamente tareas relacionadas con el cuidado y el sostenimiento de la familia, esto restringe nuestro crecimiento no solo personal sino profesional. El emprendimiento femenino es de vital importancia para potenciar un crecimiento económico sostenible e integrador y no está desarrollado en todo su potencial. Por ello, en EmakumeEkin pensamos que un apoyo específico encaminado a corregir los sesgos de género es necesario. Este apoyo debe tener el empoderamiento como eje principal que potencie el acceso de las mujeres a los recursos disponibles y nos habilite para acceder a un trabajo digno así como a la participación activa en la toma de decisiones.
Las socias somos mujeres que en un momento u otro de nuestra vida laboral decidimos emprender en distintas áreas profesionales. Todas nosotras avanzamos con muchas ganas de aportar nuestro apoyo y conocimientos a otras mujeres.
