Le Groupement d’Intérêt Public TANDEM est l’acteur départemental agissant en faveur du développement économique et social du territoire. Les accompagnements proposés par le GIP TANDEM auprès des différents acteurs du marché de l’emploi visent un même objectif, celui d’une économie manchoise à impact positif pour l’ensemble de ses parties prenantes.
