I H C is a CEE-focused management group (InnovaHuman Capital, InnovaGrowth Capital ). I H C operates with a merchant banking mindset making principal investments in VCs and early-stage companies, while also providing corporate turnaround and advisory services for financing, mergers & acquisitions, market entry, international expansion & strategic matters.

PRINCIPAL INVESTMENTS:
We "walk the talk"​ and are constantly originating viable investment opportunities:
I H C invests its partners funds to acquire minority stakes in established, cash-flow generating mid-market champions or high potential startups in tech and brick-and-mortar economy.
I V C invests in & co-invests with regional VC funds.

ADVISORY SERVICES:
We support the entry into Romania of multinational companies or private-equity funds looking for local partners or investment opportunities. I G C advises domestic entrepreneurs on corporate finance matters, private debt and private equity fundraising, M&A and liability management.

BOARD & MANAGEMENT SERVICES:
We are appointed by domestic and foreign institutional investors to serve in non-executive Board positions for portfolio companies, to enforce steering and corporate governance. I G C also provides professional management services to entrepreneurs willing to scale their business in order to perform in the increasingly volatile and complex business environment.

INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION:
We assist domestic companies to expand internationally, providing access to business partners, clients and suppliers, introducing them to our network of professional contacts.
