ARQUITECTURA MODULAR
La arquitectura modular se basa en la industrialización del proceso constructivo, en el que la mayor parte de la ejecución se lleva a cabo en fábrica, en condiciones controladas, y una vez terminada se transporta en módulos tridimensionales a la parcela, en cualquier punto de la geografía.
En en el punto de destino, únicamente será necesario ejecutar la cimentación, las conexiones a los servicios y el ensamblaje y remate de los módulos.
Este sistema de construcción permite un control continuo de cada proyecto, por lo que la calidad obtenida es máxima, muy superior a la construcción convencional.
