The CSR portal was born out of a collaboration between the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Incubator of Digital Services (BETA.GOUV).

Le Portail RSE est le service public porté par la Direction Générale des Entreprises (DGE) qui proposent aux entreprises un outil gratuit pour connaître et répondre à leurs obligations en matière de RSE.
Le Portail RSE est né d'une collaboration entre le Ministère de l'Economie et des Finances et de l'incubateur des services numériques (beta.gouv).
Ce service public est développé sous la forme d'une start-up d'Etat par itérations, co-construite grâce aux retours des utilisateurs. De nouvelles fonctionnalités sont progressivement ajoutées.

Le Portail RSE offre aux entreprises la possibilité de se renseigner sur ses obligations et de s'y conformer directement sur la plateforme ou en étant redirigé vers les plateformes ministérielles adéquates.
