Créé en mars 1972, l’Organisation pour la Mise en Valeur du fleuve SÉNÉGAL est un cadre de coopération réunissant les Etats riverains du fleuve Sénégal : Mali, Mauritanie, Sénégal, et, depuis 2006, la Guinée.
