• IDMER: support for industrialists or project leaders, from product design and marketing products (fishing and sea food)
• Vegenov (vegetable sector): research, development and watch in sensory and nutritional quality, support for varietal creation, protection and fertilization of plants and traceability.

Acteur des transitions alimentaires en Bretagne, ACT food a pour vocation d’accompagner le développement des produits et des procédés destinés à la santé et la nutrition des plantes, des animaux et des hommes. C’est une alliance unique de 5 centres techniques bretons pour couvrir un large domaine d’expertise au service de tous les acteurs des filières agricoles et agroalimentaires.
L’Alliance ACT food regroupe 180 spécialistes pour mutualiser et agréger des compétences scientifiques et technologiques dans les domaines de :
• la production et la santé végétale et animale,
• la valorisation et la transformation des ressources terrestres et marines,
• la formulation, les procédés, la sécurité et la nutrition des aliments.
Les centres techniques pour chacune des filières sont :
• ADRIA : accompagnement des IAA sur les enjeux liés à la sécurité des aliments et à la transition alimentaire avec des activités de recherche, d’innovation, de formation, d’audit et de conseil.
• CEVA : recherche et transfert de technologie dans le domaine de l’étude, de la production et de la valorisation des algues et des végétaux marins.
• IDmer : accompagnement des industriels ou porteurs de projets, de la conception de produits à la présérie et la mise sur le marché (pêche et aliments de la mer)
• Vegenov (filière végétale) : recherche, développement et veille en qualité sensorielle et nutritionnelle, appui à la création variétale, protection et fertilisation des plantes et traçabilité.
• Innozh (anciennement Zoopole développement) : accompagnement des entreprises et formation dans le domaine des productions et de la santé animale, de l’agroalimentaire et des matériaux plastiques et composites.
