L’agence conçoit principalement des équipements publics, des logements, des projets d’ilots mixtes ainsi que des bâtiments pour l’industrie et le tertiaire.
Elle s’est également spécialisée dans le domaine des transport, en remportant au début des années 2000 plusieurs concours de centres de maintenance et de remisage tramway. Elle a depuis réalisé d’autres bâtiments dédiés au remisage de véhicules de transport public.
Notre agence est consciente des enjeux du passage au BIM dans le monde de l’architecture. Nous avons choisi d’anticiper cette évolution, et travaillons sous le logiciel Revit depuis 2012. Cet investissement nous permet de répondre à tout type de programme, et de présenter des maquettes numériques évolutives, ainsi qu’une maquette finale qui permettra aux maîtrises d’ouvrage une gestion optimale de leur bâtiment.
La dimension environnementale de nos constructions est également au coeur de nos projets. Plus qu’une démarche, c’est une profonde conviction qui nous guide dans la création de solutions pérennes, bio-climatiques et bio-énergétiques. A travers nos constructions et nos réhabilitations, nous favorisons la réduction des besoins énergétiques, la production d’énergie renouvelable, l’utilisation de composants renouvelables et biosourcées ou encore le réemploi de matières.
