After 15 years of R&D, Carbon Capture Buildings Greentech have developed a new biosourced construction material, a wood-based concrete, and developed its applications in patented construction principles, walls and pre-slabs, adapted to heavy prefabrication. All these processes, protected by 6 patents, are marketed to prefabricators under a contract for TimberRoc technology.
The particularity of this material is that it has a very negative carbon footprint, while allowing construction in a structural manner. In addition to this advantage, which is unique on the market, it has remarkable technical properties and is perfectly suited to the current challenges of the construction world: distributed thermal insulation, summer comfort, natural perspiration, sound absorption, fire resistance, etc.
The biosourced raw material used in the formulation of our wood-based concrete is a high-quality wood aggregate that we produce from sawmill by-products and pulpwood from French forests under sustainable management.
The effectiveness of TimberRoc technology has been validated by technical approvals allowing the construction of any type of building up to R+7, and thus fully meets the difficult requirements of the RE2020, whose objective is to fight against climate change.

Le béton de bois TimberRoc : une innovation de rupture pour la construction.
Grâce à 15 ans de R&D, CCB Greentech a mis au point un matériau de construction biosourcé: le béton de bois TimberRoc®, et développé ses applications dans des principes constructifs brevetés, planchers et murs, porteurs ou non porteurs, adaptés à la préfabrication. Tous ces procédés, protégés par 10 brevets, sont commercialisés auprès des préfabricants dans le cadre du contrat de technologie "TimberRoc".
La particularité du béton de bois est d'avoir une empreinte carbone négative (attestée par FDES), tout en permettant de construire de manière structurelle. En plus de cet avantage unique sur le marché, il possède des propriétés techniques remarquables et répond parfaitement aux enjeux actuels du monde de la construction : très forte inertie, excellent taux d'amortissement thermique, perspirance, absorption acoustique, résistance au feu, etc. La matière première biosourcée utilisée dans la formulation de notre béton de bois TimberRoc® est un granulat de bois de haute qualité que nous produisons à partir de bois de trituration (non utilisable en bois d'œuvre) provenant d'exploitants forestiers français labellisés PEFC, c'est à dire gérant leurs forêts de manière durable. Nous sommes à ce titre labellisés "Bois de France".
L'efficacité de la technologie TimberRoc a été validée par des agréments techniques, ATEx de cas A, permettant la construction de tout type de bâtiment jusqu'à R+10. Elle répond pleinement aux difficiles exigences de la RE2020, dont l'objectif est de lutter contre le dérèglement climatique tout en adaptant les bâtiments aux canicules à venir.

CCB GREENTECH c’est la diminution des émissions de gaz à effets de serre de la construction grâce à une technologie au bilan carbone négatif, avec la technologie révolutionnaire du béton de bois TimberRoc. Cela permet la production de murs et pré-dalles à très forte isolation thermique et résistance au feu.
