ADRET, est un bureau d’études et de conseil créé en 1977 qui a développé depuis 1995 une activité environnementale à l’échelle du bâtiment puis du territoire.
ADRET réalise, au sein d’équipes de maîtrise d’œuvre ou en lien direct, avec les Maîtres d’Ouvrage les missions d’ingénierie suivantes :
• Génie électrique : électricité - courants forts – courants faibles, SSI
• Génie climatique : plomberie – chauffage – ventilation – climatisation
• Bâtiment et territoire durables : AMO pour la Qualité Environnementale des bâtiments, approche environnementale de l’urbanisme (AEU), conception QE des bâtiments, audits énergétiques, bilan carbone®, études de faisabilité pour l’utilisation des énergies renouvelables, solaire thermique et photovoltaïque, énergie bois, géothermie, ECS
Ces trois pôles travaillent en parfaite synergie tout au long des phases du projet.
ADRET exerce son activité en toute indépendance, et intègre systématiquement la prise en compte de l’environnement dans le cadre de son management de projet (SME) sur la base des principes structurants suivants :
• Favoriser une approche bioclimatique de la construction
• Réduire les besoins en énergie de tous les usages, prôner la sobriété et l’efficacité énergétique
• Introduire pour les besoins résiduels la mise en œuvre d’énergies renouvelables
