Notre culture de la gestion du projet est commune et repose sur les mêmes modes opératoires. Cependant, les aspects multifonctionnels de la profession et pluri-discilpinaires de l'architecture nous ont conduit à mener des expériences diversifiées dans des domaines de compétences complémentaires : réhabilitation, programmation, urbanisme...
Cette démultiplication des approches nous a permis d'élaborer des démarches spécifiques en fonction des problématiques à traiter.
Notre intérêt constant pour la forme du questionnement comme instrumentation et moyen de repousser les certitudes, nous porte naturellement à
convoquer d'autres savoirs, comme autant de gisements d'expertises : paysagistes, ingénieurs, graphistes, artistes...ayant pour objectif commun de cibler au plus près la demande et d'y répondre dans les meilleures conditions.
Tout projet abordé par l'agence s'initie d'une étude pragmatique sur le contexte pris dans son sens large, qu'il s'agisse du travail à mener sur un sujet existant - la réhabilitation d'un bâtiment - ou d'une réflexion à engager à l'échelle du territoire. Tous les éléments qui qualifient et organisent la spécificité d'un site, son histoire, ses usages sociaux, sa topographie seront analysées et assimilés à un champ d'intensité qui sera interprété dans son ensemble afin d'optimiser, pour chaque projet, le fonctionnement et
l'économie pour le transformer en un champ spatial. Nous engageons une démarche de projet où la mise en application spatiale du programme constitue l'étape liminaire à toute élaboration formelle.
