Publisher of digital services for managing the upkeep, maintenance and environmental performance of buildings, Active3D has designed its solutions by natively integrating BIM (digital modeling) since 2003. The Active3D platform makes it possible to increase the efficiency of interventions, facilitate the updating of the heritage repository, and reduce operating and energy costs, in 3D open BIM.
Deployed on a large scale on a park of more than 80 million m2 composed of 4,000 users, 20 million connected objects adopting their own behaviors, 500,000 energy meters, 10 million consumptions/day reported and processed in the application, etc., Active3D is recognized worldwide* in terms of research into the implementation of digital modeling in buildings based on the global Building Information Modeling (BIM) standard.
Thanks to its experience, Active3D has won the Gold BIM Trophies twice: in 2014 alongside the Burgundy Regional Council in the Operational BIM category, and in 2017, the Monitoring and Analysis Laboratory project. Expertise of the Navy within the Ministry of the Armed Forces, Esid de Brest, is named winner in the Maintenance – Operation category whose technical asset management (GTP) is ensured with the Active3D BIM platform.

Grâce à son expérience, Active3D remporte à deux reprises les Trophées du BIM d’Or : en 2014 au côté du Conseil régional de Bourgogne dans la catégorie BIM d’Exploitation, et en 2017, le projet du Laboratoire d’Analyses de Surveillance et d’Expertise de la Marine au sein du Ministère des Armées, l’Esid de Brest, est nommé lauréat dans la catégorie Maintenance – Exploitation dont la gestion technique de patrimoine (GTP) est assurée avec la plateforme BIM d’Active3D.
