L'excellence de la formation, de l'insertion professionnelle et de la recherche en STAPS
L’association C3D STAPS a pour but d’assurer la qualité et la cohérence nationales des formations et de la recherche en Sciences et Techniques des Activités Physiques et Sportives.
▶️ Elle s’attache en particulier à construire et à promouvoir la pertinence et la lisibilité des formations en STAPS :
〰️ auprès des étudiants et des lycéens afin d’optimiser leurs choix d’orientation,
〰️ auprès des universités, des ministères et des organismes afin de préciser l’identité des formations en STAPS.
〰️ auprès des partenaires sociaux afin de favoriser l’insertion professionnelle des diplômés.
Pour ce faire, la C3D STAPS :
〰️ établit des bilans réguliers sur les effectifs, les moyens, les installations, l’insertion professionnelle des diplômés,
〰️ travaille à l’élaboration de documents communs cadres ou de référentiels (fiches RNCP, référentiels de formation, ...),
〰️ collabore avec les autres systèmes de formation aux métiers du sport, de l’activité physique et de la santé, à la mise en place de reconnaissances mutuelles et de passerelles,
〰️ construit des accords-cadres et des conventions avec les institutions partenaires,
〰️ promeut la recherche en STAPS et l’adossement des formations STAPS à la recherche,
〰️ assure une communication nationale de l’offre de formation STAPS,
〰️ exprime ses positions sur les évolutions de l’enseignement supérieur et de ses domaines professionnels de référence,
〰️ de façon générale, conduit toute action utile à l’évolution des formations et de la recherche en STAPS.
