Située à Longué au coeur de la région Pays de la Loire (2ème région plasturgiste de France), Jean Bal Thermoformage est spécialisée dans la production d’emballages et calages thermoformés. Elle conçoit et réalise également ses propres moules en aluminium.
L’équipe de thermoformage gère neuf lignes de thermoformage optimisées (6 automatiques et 3 semi automatiques) et dispose pour la production de ses moules d’équipements de pointe : FAO, postes d’usinages grande vitesse à commande numérique, tribofinition...
Son bureau d’études est doté de systèmes de CAO 3 Dimensions, d’acquisition des formes par palpage numérique, et d’échange informatisé de données. Les principaux secteurs de clientèle sont le luxe (cales pour coffrets et étuis, présentoirs, boites et étuis thermoformés, calages...), les biens de consommation (blisters, emballages, calages...) et l’industrie avec pour exemples l’électronique, la connectique, l’injection plastique, l'aéronautique, l'automobile (plateaux de transport, barrettes, calages...).
Jean Bal Thermoformage s’est dotée depuis 1998, d’un système de qualité assurant un suivi de fabrication et une traçabilité optimum.
