WinEquity est un nouvel acteur de l’innovation qui place la mixité, facteur de surperformance démontré, au cœur de sa stratégie d’investissement. Cette Société de Capital Risque a pour vocation de prendre des participations minoritaires au capital de startups ambitieuses qui comptent au moins une femme dans l’équipe fondatrice.
Lancé en partenariat avec le réseau Femmes Business Angels, porté par une équipe d’entrepreneurs-investisseurs expérimentés, WinEquity mise également sur la diversité actionnariale (plus de 50% de femmes investisseuses et un tiers d’actionnaires de moins de 30 ans) pour investir et accompagner les entreprises de son portefeuille.

Created by a team of entrepreneurs and successful investors in partnership with Femmes Business Angels (the only all-female BA network in France and the largest in Europe), WinEquity is a new force for innovation, providing capital and mentorship, and placing diversity at the core of its thesis for seed investment. Over fifty percent of WinEquity’s shareholders are women and a third are under the age of 30.
