    History
    ICmq was one of the first Italian certification bodies to operate in the field of buildings and construction. Founded in 1988 and active since 1990, as an independent and non -profit certification institute, he operated first directly and then, in 2001, he set up the Operational Company ICMQ SPA.

    Mission
    ICMQ has been engaged for several years in offering services in the field of sustainability, which represents the most promising direction for a new development capable of collecting great environmental and macro-economic challenges for a new development.

    The services
    ICmq is credited by Accredia and certifies:
    - Quality management systems,
    - Products in accordance with specific rules/reference regulations,
    - Environmental management systems,
    - energy management systems,
    - Health and safety management systems in the workplace,
    - the performance of the buildings (energy requirement, acoustic well -being, thermal well -being, savings of water resource) according to the "Building System®" scheme,
    - the skills of the staff.

    ICMQ carries out, under accreditation, the verification and validation activities of the environmental product declarations (EPD), environmental assertions and communications of greenhouse gas emissions in reference to the "Emission Trading" directive.
    It is a notified body pursuant to the construction products regulation 11/305/EU (EC marking).
    It is the inspection body for the verification and validation of projects, the technical control during the work and the third party checks.

    ICMQ has developed the Make IT SUSTAINABLE certification scheme, which enhances the investments made by an organization in accordance with sustainability strategies and communicates its commitment to applying the principles of sustainability to specific products, services and construction sites.

    Finally, ICMQ organizes training courses aimed at the construction sector.

    La storia
    ICMQ è stato uno dei primi organismi di certificazione italiano ad operare nel campo delle costruzioni e dell'edilizia. Fondato nel 1988 e attivo dal 1990, come istituto di certificazione indipendente e senza fini di lucro, ha operato dapprima direttamente e poi, nel 2001, ha costituito la società operativa ICMQ Spa.

    Mission
    ICMQ è impegnato da diversi anni nell’offrire servizi nell’ambito della sostenibilità, che rappresenta per l ́edilizia la direzione più promettente per un nuovo sviluppo in grado di raccogliere le grandi sfide ambientali e macro-economiche.

    I servizi
    ICMQ è accreditato da Accredia e certifica:
    - sistemi di gestione per la qualità,
    - prodotti conformemente a specifiche norme/regolamenti di riferimento,
    - sistemi di gestione ambientale,
    - sistemi di gestione dell’energia,
    - sistemi di gestione per la salute e la sicurezza sui luoghi di lavoro,
    - le prestazioni degli edifici (requisito energetico, benessere acustico, benessere termico, risparmio della risorsa idrica) secondo lo schema “Sistema Edificio®”,
    - le competenze del personale.

    ICMQ svolge, sotto accreditamento, le attività di verifica e convalida delle Dichiarazioni ambientali di prodotto (EPD), delle Asserzioni ambientali e delle comunicazioni delle emissioni di gas serra in riferimento alla direttiva “Emission Trading”.
    E’ organismo notificato ai sensi del Regolamento prodotti da costruzione 11/305/Ue (marcatura Ce).
    E’ organismo di ispezione per la verifica e validazione dei progetti, il controllo tecnico in corso d’opera e le verifiche di parte terza.

    ICMQ ha sviluppato lo schema di certificazione MAKE IT SUSTAINABLE, che valorizza gli investimenti effettuati da un’organizzazione in coerenza alle strategie di sostenibilità e comunica il suo impegno nell’applicare i principi di sostenibilità a specifici prodotti, servizi e cantieri.

    ICMQ organizza infine corsi di formazione rivolti al settore delle costruzioni.
