In particular, they have the possibility of testing new, more collaborative teaching practices simultaneously involving several technicians and engineers. LA JULES VERNE MANUFACTURING ACADEMY : USINE-ÉCOLE CONNECTÉE
Implantée à Bouguenais, à proximité de Nantes, au sein d’un écosystème industriel et d’innovation dynamique, la JVMA est une usine école 4.0 mettant à disposition des formateurs et des industriels des équipements à la pointe de la technologie, afin de s'acculturer et se former à l'Industrie du Futur.
Ouverte en janvier 2021, elle a accueilli ses premières formations dès septembre 2021.
La JVMA présente des applications permettant d’appréhender les briques technologiques de l’usine du futur :
- Fabrication additive
- Outils connectés, capteurs intelligents IOT et IA
- Supervision de la production – remontées de données – MES
- Robotique / Cobotique / Robotique mobile
- Simulation numérique : jumeau numérique – réalité augmentée et réalité virtuelle
- Chaine numérique / PLM
Avec ses 3 000 m2, totalement configurés autour des moyens de l’industrie du futur, la JVMA possède une halle de production industrielle de 2 000 m2 dont les équipements permettent de dérouler l’ensemble d’un process représentatif d’une production série.
Ce véritable centre de ressources 4.0 a pour but d’offrir le complément de formation nécessaire à l’ensemble de la communauté de la formation industrielle du territoire.
Elle s’adresse à toutes les structures qui souhaitent développer leurs compétences dans le domaine de l’usine du futur. Les établissements de formation adhérents de la JVMA bénéficient d’un lieu unique pour enseigner les nouvelles technologies et mener des projets pédagogiques. Ils ont notamment la possibilité de tester de nouvelles pratiques d’enseignement plus collaboratives impliquant simultanément plusieurs cursus techniciens et ingénieurs. Les industriels quant-à-eux peuvent appréhender de nouvelle façon de concevoir et d’optimiser la production.
Le projet JVMA, porté par l'UIMM, a été financé dans le cadre du PIA3 par la Caisse des dépôts et Consignations, la Région Pays de la Loire et l'Opco2i.
