FR: Nous sommes pionniers d’un modèle durable de fabrication de pièces détachées et souhaitons révolutionner la maintenance industrielle.
Nous utilisons la fabrication hybride (additif et soustractif dans une seule machine) de matériaux haute performance pour créer un avenir plus responsable pour votre industrie.
Nous sommes organisés autour de 3 pôles d'excellence :
1. Un centre de service pour fabriquer des pièces et démontrer le potentiel de nos machines et matériaux ;
2. Un centre de R&D Matériaux : nous développons notamment des matériaux biosourcés avec une résistance certifiée feu/fumée/toxicité pour l'industrie ferroviaire (EN45545) ;
3. Un centre R&D Procédés : qui a permis de concevoir et de réaliser deux machines « micro-usine » permettant la fabrication de pièces finies sur un plan de définition : la 4SHIFT (4 axes) et la 4PRIME (3 axes)

EN: We are the pioneers of a sustainable model for the manufacture of spare parts and want to revolutionize industrial maintenance.
We use hybrid manufacturing (additive and subtractive in one machine) of high performance materials to create a more responsible future for your industry.
We are organized around 3 centers of excellence:
1. A service center to manufacture parts and demonstrate the potential of our machines and materials;
2. A Materials R&D center: in particular, we develop bio sourced materials with certified fire/smoke/toxicity resistance for the railway industry (EN45545);
3. A Processes R&D center: which made it possible to design and produce two “micro-factory” machines allowing the manufacture of finished parts on a definition plan: the 4SHIFT (5 axes) and the 4PRIME (3 axes)
