BLACKLEAF is a start-up that has developed an eco-friendly process to produce Few-Layer Graphene (FLG). BL is a deep-tech company founded in 2018 and is the outcome of a collaboration between the BLACKLEAF’s founders and the Institute of Chemistry and Processes for Energy, Environment and Health (ICPEES, UMR 7515 CNRS- University of Strasbourg). BLACKLEAF makes today graphene affordable for the industry, at the most competitive price. Thanks to an ecofriendly water-based process, BLACKLEAF has developed a disruptive way to produce large graphene quantity in a cheaper, faster and greener way, with proven record concentrations and with a high level of quality. The price of graphene is not any longer an issue as BLACKLEAF turns this 2D material into a real competitive perspective for the European industry.
