The identification of HR tools and new trends is the focus of our work as a federal association. The aim is to create common initiatives and platforms for the attraction, integration and retention of employees of all member companies.

Der Verband repräsentiert über 60 namhafte Unternehmen mit mehr als 6 Millionen Arbeitnehmern aller Branchen.
Unsere Mitgliederversammlungen und Foren (interne HR Kongresse) finden in der Regel zwei Mal im Jahr an unterschiedlichen Standorten statt. Hinzu kommen regionale Netzwerktreffen sowie zahlreiche überregionale Arbeitsgruppen. Außerdem bieten wir unseren Mitgliedern Benchmarks, verschiedene Weiterbildungsseminare (Queb Academies), Quebinare, u. v. m. an.
Die Queb Arbeitsgruppen beschäftigen sich fortlaufend mit aktuellen Themen rund um das nationale und internationale Personalmarketing und Employer Branding. Regelmäßiger Erfahrungsaustausch, die Entwicklung von Arbeits- und Qualitätsleitlinien sowie Benchmarks und Analysen werden initiiert. Die Identifizierung von HR-Tools und neuen Trends steht im Mittelpunkt unserer Arbeit als Bundesverband. Ziel ist die Schaffung gemeinsamer Initiativen und Plattformen für die Attraktion, Integration und Retention von Mitarbeitern aller Mitgliedsunternehmen.
