The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is the governmental body responsible for facilitating the arrival procedures for pilgrims coming from all over the world for Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarah. This is achieved through coordination and integration with governmental entities and the private sector within the framework of the Pilgrims Experience Program eco-system. The Ministry works on developing programs and technological systems and preparing historical sites related to the Prophet’s biography to enrich the pilgrims' spiritual experience and enhance the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's standing in serving Islam and Muslims.
