Our operations are conducted through 7 subsidiaries: SK Energy, SK Geo Centric, SK On, SK Enmove, SK Incheon Petrochem, SK IE Technology, and SK Earthon, along with SK Innovation E&S, a Company-in-Company (CIC). This independent management structure allows each entity to swiftly adapt to global business changes and accelerate growth through rapid decision-making.

SK Energy is Korea’s first and largest oil refiner, while SK Incheon Petrochem specializes in high-value-added petrochemical products. SK Geo Centric is pioneering a circular economy within the plastic value chain. SK Enmove stands as a leader in lubricants and base oil, aspiring to be an "Energy Saving Company." SK IE Technology leads in wet process separator markets as a global material solution provider. SK On focuses on developing and manufacturing electric vehicle batteries, contributing to a cleaner, more convenient world. SK Earthon, the first Korean company to secure oil fields, is expanding its presence in China and Southeast Asia. SK Innovation E&S (formerly SK E&S) has become Korea’s leading private LNG company by completing the LNG value chain on a global scale. The company is transitioning to a green portfolio that organically integrates its four core businesses – city gas, low-carbon LNG value chain, renewable energy, and hydrogen and energy solutions, to create synergies.
