We work with clients on solving high-risk and complex problems where data and technology play a strong role. This includes areas such as: net-zero, mental health, and diversity & inclusion. We have worked across the public, regulated, education, non-profit and private sectors. Our goal is to work in partnership to get you to the point where you no longer need us.

Our approach starts from understanding an organisation’s culture and what it is trying to achieve, putting this into the context of its technology, processes and systems.

Our work they've done includes supporting organisations, leaders and teams developing software and services for innovative, complex or high-risk areas (or all three). Services include: data strategy, research and development, interim management, training and mentoring.

Most recently, we have been working on what data and infrastructure is needed to achieve net-zero, including how local authorities need to approach planning. For example, public EV charge-points, retrofitting housing and how aggregate smart meter data can help inform decision making.
