The SPHERE laboratory (methodS for Patients-centered outcomes and HEalth REsearch, University of Nantes) and the company IDBC-A2com are partners of the RISCA Joint Laboratory (Research in Computer Science and Statistics for Cohort Analysis) with the aim of continuing the development of Plug-Stat® software dedicated to the analysis and valorization of observational cohort data.
Our objective ? Encourage better use of our medical data to better leverage cohort data. Today, due to lack of resources, time and/or skills, most studies are based on the same statistical models, even though there are hundreds of them that can provide more precise results for doctors.
We offer original software specifically adapted for each pathology and directly linked to the corresponding database. Thus, the software is equipped with the statistical models most suited to the cohort and guarantees the robustness of the analyzes carried out.

Le laboratoire SPHERE (methodS for Patients-centered outcomes and HEalth REsearch, Université de Nantes) et la société IDBC-A2com sont partenaires du Laboratoire Commun RISCA (Recherche en Informatique et en Statistique pour l’Analyse de Cohortes) dans le but de continuer le développement du logiciel Plug-Stat® dédié à l'analyse et à la valorisation des données de cohortes observationnelles.
Notre objectif ? Encourager une meilleure utilisation de nos données médicales pour mieux valoriser les données de cohortes. Aujourd'hui, par manque de moyens, de temps et/ou de compétences, la plupart des études sont basées sur les mêmes modèles statistiques, alors qu’il en existe des centaines pouvant offrir des résultats plus précis pour les médecins.
Nous proposons un logiciel original spécifiquement adapté pour chaque pathologie et en lien direct avec la base de données correspondante. Ainsi, le logiciel est doté des modèles statistiques les plus adaptés à la cohorte et garantit la robustesse des analyses réalisées.
