The European Projects Platform (2PE) - Brittany is a shared system to support and enhance the participation of the Breton academic community in European framework programs dedicated to research and innovation - Horizon Europe and education and training throughout life - Erasmus +.

Since 2014, actors in higher education, research and innovation (ESRI) Bretons have been involved in 306 Horizon 2020 projects corresponding to more than 147 million euros and in more than 40 collaborative projects Erasmus +.
The European projects platform articulates its activity around 2 axes:
1. Shared engineering service for European projects
At the service of (teachers-) researchers from the regional territory and their projects, the 2PE team works in close proximity with research units and components and in close relation to the services of their different guardianships via referents. It thus adapts its services to each of the actors of the ESRI of the territory.
2. Regional contact point
At the service of the actors of the ESRI and the regional council, the 2PE:
• assumes a relay role for the financial support system Boost’europe;
• fulfills an observation and enhancement mission of the participation of regional actors of ESRI in European framework programs Horizon Europe and Erasmus +;
• Participates in the implementation of common actions in terms of European opening, in particular through the mobilization of its skills for the benefit of structuring projects on a regional scale.

La Plateforme projets européens (2PE) - Bretagne est un dispositif mutualisé pour soutenir et valoriser la participation de la communauté académique bretonne aux programmes-cadres européens dédiés à la recherche et l'innovation - Horizon Europe et à l'éducation et la formation tout au long de la vie - Erasmus +.

Depuis 2014, les acteurs de l'enseignement supérieur, de la recherche et de l'innovation (ESRI) bretons sont impliqués dans 306 projets Horizon 2020 correspondants à plus de 147 millions d'euros et dans plus de 40 projets collaboratifs Erasmus +.
La Plateforme projets européens articule son activité autour de 2 axes :
1. Service mutualisé d’ingénierie de projets européens
Au service des (enseignants-)chercheurs du territoire régional et de leurs projets, l'équipe de la 2PE travaille en grande proximité avec les unités de recherche et les composantes et en étroite relation avec les services de leurs différentes tutelles via des référents. Elle adapte ainsi ses services à chacun des acteurs de l’ESRI du territoire.
2. Point de contact régional
Au service des acteurs de l'ESRI et du Conseil Régional, la 2PE :
• assume un rôle de relai pour le dispositif de soutien financier Boost’Europe ;
• remplit une mission d’observation et de valorisation de la participation des acteurs régionaux de l’ESRI aux programmes-cadres européens Horizon Europe et Erasmus + ;
• participe à la mise en œuvre d'actions communes en matière d'ouverture européenne, notamment via la mobilisation de ses compétences au bénéfice de projets structurants à l'échelle régionale.
