    [Automatic translation follows] CO-Starters Conseil is a consulting firm whose objective is to help developing companies to finance their growth.

    Among all the possibilities of obtaining funding, we offer entrepreneurs to support them on 3 of them:
    • fundraising with investment funds (IRD, Finorpa, Siparex, Vives II, ...)
    • Equity Crowdfunding (Anaxago, Wiseed, Sowefund, Smartangels, ...)
    • Public aid (BPI France, French Tech, Regional Incubation Fund, Entreprendre Network, ...)

    For this, we do a substantive work on the company. Indeed, it is necessary to inspire confidence in investors. The latter must therefore easily understand the activity of the company, the competitive environment in which it evolves, its positioning, its target customers, its added value as well as its customer acquisition strategy.
    In addition, investors want their participation to be fruitful. It is therefore advisable to present them with relevant financial projections, which allow to have a precise idea of ​​the valuation of the company so that the entrepreneur raises the desired funds by giving way as little as possible.
    Finally, all of this information is expanded by the analysis of the legislative framework in which the company evolves and the possible legal constraints with which the entrepreneur will have to deal with.

    Our intervention is based on our three business hearts, that are strategy, finance and business law.
    The meeting of these skills, in synergy, seems essential to us to provide such services.

    Co-Starters Conseil est un cabinet de conseil dont l’objectif est d’aider les entreprises en développement à financer leur croissance.

    Parmi toutes les possibilités d’obtenir des financements, nous proposons aux entrepreneurs de les accompagner sur 3 d’entre elles :
    • Les levées de fonds auprès de fonds d’investissements (IRD, Finorpa, Siparex, Vives II,...)
    • L’equity crowdfunding (Anaxago, WiSeed, Sowefund, Smartangels,...)
    • Les aides publiques (BPI France, French Tech, Fonds Régional d’Incubation, Réseau Entreprendre,...)

    Pour cela, nous réalisons un travail de fond sur l’entreprise. En effet, il convient d’inspirer confiance aux investisseurs. Ces derniers doivent donc aisément comprendre l’activité de l’entreprise, l’environnement concurrentiel dans lequel elle évolue, son positionnement, sa clientèle cible, sa valeur ajoutée ainsi que sa stratégie d’acquisition client.
    Par ailleurs, les investisseurs souhaitent que leur prise de participation soit fructueuse. Il convient donc de leur présenter des projections financières pertinentes, qui permettent d’avoir une idée précise de la valorisation de l’entreprise afin que l’entrepreneur lève les fonds souhaités en cédant le moins de parts possible.
    Enfin, l’ensemble de ces informations sont étoffées par l’analyse du cadre législatif dans lequel évolue l’entreprise et les éventuelles contraintes légales avec lesquelles l’entrepreneur devra traiter.

    Notre intervention repose sur nos trois coeurs de métier, que sont la stratégie, la finance et le droit des affaires.
    La réunion de ces compétences, en synergie, nous semble essentielle pour réaliser de telles prestations.
