Your regional health agency in Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélémy Open in early April 2010, the regional health agency of Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy implements the health policy, in coordination with its partners. Its actions aim to improve the health of the population and make the health system more effective in these three territories. The Regional Health Agency is the keystone of the new organization provided for by the law “Hospital Patients/Health Territories” of July 21, 2009 (article 118). It is headed by a managing director appointed to the Council of Ministers. The director general is Laurent Legendart.
