La Mission de la Jeune Chambre est d'offrir aux jeunes des opportunités de développement du leadership en leur donnant la capacité de créer des changements positifs.
La Vision de la Jeune Chambre est d’être le principal réseau mondial de jeunes leaders.
Pour réaliser sa mission, la Jeune Chambre propose 3 axes :
- l'accès aux formations, agrées par des formateurs reconnus
- la réalisation d'actions concrètes et impactantes sur le territoire
- la prise de responsabilité dans l'association
