Il développe une démarche partenariale de transfert de connaissances en faveur de l’innovation (rupture technologique ou de l’usage) et favorise le développement de ses adhérents. Il a pour objectif de contribuer à la compétitivité et la visibilité de ses membres, au niveau national et international.
