We have adopted the name "Lexonot", contraction of the Latin phrase "lex is quod notamus", which can be translated as "what we write is law".

Our study located in the city center of Rennes is made up of five associated notaries and around thirty employees. We specialize in:

Nous avons adopté le nom de « Lexonot », contraction de la locution latine « Lex est quod notamus », qu’on peut traduire par « Ce que nous écrivons fait loi ».
Cet adage est devenu celui des notaires, officiers publics dont le rôle est de conseiller leurs clients et rédiger des actes authentiques et exécutoires : les conventions des parties que le notaire relate dans ses actes ne peuvent plus être contestées et doivent être respectées, au même titre que la loi.
Notre Etude située dans le centre ville de Rennes est composée de cinq notaires associés et d'une trentaine de collaborateurs. Nous sommes spécialisés dans :
- L'ingénierie patrimoniale française et internationale, l’audit en matière d’organisation juridique des grands patrimoines, la transmission familiale des entreprises.
- Les opérations d'investissement en immobilier d’entreprise (audit juridique et fiscal préalable, structuration juridique et fiscale des investissements, l’organisation de data-room et la gestion documentaire informatisée des dossiers.
Nous sommes amenés à traiter des dossiers sur l’ensemble du territoire national (et notamment à Paris), voire à assister des non-résidents dans les choix relatifs à leur stratégie patrimoniale française.
