Association Congres des Notaires de France, a notarial body at the service of the General interest
An institution aimed at producing a legal annual reflection of general interest resulting from notarial practice, in daily contact with citizens. Each year, the concrete result of this research work is delivered to the company in several forms:

ASSOCIATION CONGRES DES NOTAIRES DE FRANCE, UNE INSTANCE NOTARIALE AU SERVICE DE L’INTERET GENERAL
Une institution ayant pour objet de produire une réflexion annuelle juridique d’intérêt général issue de la pratique notariale, en contact quotidien avec les citoyens. Chaque année, le résultat concret de ce travail de recherche est livré à la société sous plusieurs formes :
• Un ouvrage substantiel largement diffusé, qui dresse un bilan du droit applicable au thème choisi, considéré comme une mine d’informations juridiques sur des thèmes sociétaux.
• Une série de propositions d’amélioration du droit soumises au vote des notaires de France, avant d’être relayées aux pouvoirs publics. Source d’inspiration pour améliorer la règle là où elle s’avère insuffisante ou inadaptée, et la pratique notariale.
Depuis 1953, les propositions de l'Association ont contribué à 87 lois, 17 décrets, 8 ordonnances, 2 D.D.O.E.F., 1 règlement du Parlement européen et du Conseil et 1 instruction administrative.
