The cluster brings together large groups, mid-sized companies, SMEs, startups and laboratories from all backgrounds in ambitious R&D&I projects in 4 priority sectors:
• Rail, including rolling stock, infrastructure and guided transport systems.
• Automotive with the core target of automotive vehicle equipment for manufacturers in the Hauts-de-France region, in particular in connection with the current territorial priority on electromobility
• Aeronautics with the core target of aeronautical equipment for manufacturers in the Hauts-de-France region.
• The industry of the future applied to transport, more precisely in the emergence and structuring of centers for accelerating technologies for the industry of the future.

A specialist in supporting collaborative innovation, i-Trans offers companies and research organizations services to develop, finance and structure new research and development capabilities.
i-Trans supports and labels collaborative R&D&I projects which can then benefit from dedicated funding. This label constitutes a guarantee of excellence for public financiers. It is awarded following a rigorous process of analysis, advice and evaluation, involving experts internal and external to the division.
The competitiveness cluster also offers services intended to support innovations when they are placed on the market, thanks to the mobilization of regional players, effective and expert field support, and support for structuring projects (innovation platforms, technology parks). -

Ancré dans la Région Hauts-de-France, i-Trans est le pôle de compétitivité des transports guidés, décarbonés et connectés.
La mission du pôle est de développer par l’innovation collaborative la compétitivité des entreprises comme moteur de croissance et d’emplois.
Le pôle associe grands groupes, ETI, PME, startups et laboratoires de tous horizons dans des projets R&D&I ambitieux dans 4 secteurs prioritaires :
• Le ferroviaire, incluant le matériel roulant, les infrastructures et les systèmes de transport guidés.
• L’automobile avec pour cœur de cible les équipements pour véhicule automobile des industriels de la région Hauts-de-France, en lien notamment avec la priorité territoriale actuelle sur l’électromobilité
• L’aéronautique avec pour cœur de cible les équipements aéronautiques des industriels de la région Hauts-de-France.
• L’industrie du futur appliquée aux transports, plus précisément dans l’émergence et la structuration des centres d’accélération des technologies de l’industrie du futur.

Spécialiste de l’accompagnement de l’innovation collaborative, i-Trans propose aux entreprises et organismes de recherche des services pour faire émerger, financer et structurer de nouvelles capacités de recherche et développement.
i-Trans accompagne et labellise des projets de R&D&I collaboratifs qui peuvent ensuite bénéficier de financements dédiés. Ce label constitue un gage d’excellence pour les financeurs publics. Il est attribué à l’issue d’un processus rigoureux d’analyse, de conseil et d’évaluation, faisant intervenir des experts internes et externes au pôle.
Le pôle de compétitivité propose aussi des services destinés à accompagner les innovations à la mise sur le marché, grâce à la mobilisation des acteurs régionaux, à un accompagnement de terrain, efficace et expert, et à l’appui de projets structurants (plate-formes d’innovation, technopôles).
