Created in 2012, the Smart Buildings Alliance is working every day to make smart building an asset at the service of territories, companies and occupants.
Unique in its kind by its transversality, its opening and the diversity of 450 companies and member organizations that make it up, SBA structures its actions around 3 pillars: Smart Home (collective residential housing), Smart Building (Tertiary Building) and Smart City (City and Intelligent Territory).
Debricating for more than 10 years a strong attachment to a responsible digital, the SBA advocates technological neutrality while promoting the interoperability of systems, pooling of equipment and infrastructure, openness, availability, quality, security and data governance.
With more than 30 commissions and working groups, it brings together all the trades in a collaborative approach to building frameworks of references, approaches and innovative solutions.
The Smart Buildings Alliance is at the origin of the Ready 2 Services reference framework (R2S) and its variations (R2S Residential, R2S 4 Care, R2S Connect, R2S 4 GRIDS, R2S 4Mobility ...), as well as the BIM for VALUE.
The Alliance is based on regional chapters present as close as possible to the territories and also radiates internationally with SBA countries.

Revendiquant depuis plus de 10 ans un attachement fort pour un numérique responsable, la SBA prône la neutralité technologique tout en promouvant l’interopérabilité des systèmes, la mutualisation des équipements et des infrastructures, l’ouverture, la disponibilité, la qualité, la sécurité et la gouvernance des données.
Avec plus de 30 commissions et groupes de travail, elle fédère l’ensemble des corps de métiers dans une démarche collaborative de construction de cadres de références, d’approches et de solutions innovantes.
