V-ICT-OR vzw, or the Flemish ICT organization, is the member organization for everyone within the local government involved in IT and information management. V-ICT-Or offers an IT best practices forum that improves the services of local authorities. Our members mainly include IT and GIS-Responsions throughout Flanders. The Local E-Government steering group also contains a joint venture with the secretaries from the municipalities (ECG), from the OCMWs (VVOS), and the recipients from the local authorities (VLO) and in short (the communication managers).

V-ICT-OR vzw, of de Vlaamse ICT Organisatie is dé ledenorganisatie voor eenieder binnen de lokale overheid betrokken bij ICT en informatiemanagement. V-ICT-OR biedt een forum van IT best practices die de dienstverlening van lokale besturen verbetert. Tot onze leden behoren vooral ICT- en GIS- verantwoordelijken over heel Vlaanderen. De stuurgroep lokaal e-government bevat daarenboven een samenwerkingsverband met de secretarissen uit de gemeenten (ECG), uit de OCMW’s (VVOS), en de ontvangers uit de lokale overheden (VLO) en KORTOM (de communicatieverantwoordelijken).
