Créée en 2017, CYCLE UP développe et opère une solution globale d’économie circulaire pour le réemploi des matériaux de construction.
Ses trois activités principales sont :
- Le conseil et études en réemploi pour tous les acteurs du bâtiment
- La marketplace www.cycle-up.fr permettant l’achat et la vente de matériaux de réemploi (d’occasion en l’état, reconditionnés, upcyclés, surplus de chantier etc...)
- Du reconditionnement de certains matériaux au travers de la mise en place de filières et de l’administration d’ateliers
La marketplace CYCLE UP a été conçue pour optimiser la rencontre de l’offre et de la demande en matériaux de réemploi et pour mettre en relation les acteurs de la filière : propriétaires, maîtres d’ouvrage, architectes, ingénieurs, démolisseurs, reconditionneurs et constructeurs. Elle recense des annonces de matériaux issus du réemploi, et est également un lieu de ressources et de pédagogie au travers d’un blog et d’un espace intégrant des exemples illustrés de réemplois, des guides et livres blancs ou encore des fiches pratiques.
CYCLE UP anime et participe à la communauté des acteurs du réemploi et de l’économie circulaire dans le bâtiment. Nous proposons ainsi de nombreux services complémentaires, afin d’aider vendeurs et acheteurs à valoriser au mieux leurs ressources inexploitées.
