Nos missions se déclinent en 3 domaines principaux :
- Informer, c'est à dire répondre aux questions de nos clients mais également les alerter sur les évolutions à venir grâce à nos activités de veille et de communication.
- Former le personnel en place et anticiper les besoins de compétences techniques à venir.
- Et, bien entendu, développer les produits / process, qu’il s’agisse de maîtriser l'existant, de l'améliorer ou même d'innover.
Notre quotidien concerne l’assistance aux PME, ce qui nous a valu d’obtenir le label CRT depuis 1997 mais nous accompagnons également des créateurs d’entreprise ou des agriculteurs tout comme de grands groupes industriels.
Le point commun à tout ceci ? L’expertise technique qui nous permet d’adapter la prestation au besoin du client.
Nous bénéficions depuis notre création en 1988 du soutien des pouvoirs publics, sans lesquels nous ne pourrions avoir les moyens matériels nécessaires pour remplir nos missions.
