Chez Agriloops nous inventons le système alimentaire de demain pour produire mieux, avec du goût et tout en respectant la nature et les hommes.
Pour mener à bien cette mission, Agriloops s’inspire de la nature et conçoit des fermes uniques qui associent l’élevage de gambas au maraichage grâce à ses technologies innovantes. Nos fermes produisent aussi, en plus de gambas délicieuses, des légumes originaux et savoureux. Cette complémentarité, c’est l’aquaponie !
L'une des spécificités d’Agriloops réside dans la maitrise de cette technique pour la première fois en milieu salée. Ainsi, nous produisons des espèces aquacoles marines, comme la gambas, et des légumes qui ont plus de goût grâce à notre milieu particulier.
A la suite de notre preuve de concept à l’échelle laboratoire, nous avons mis en place notre première ferme pilote. Cet outil a pour objectif de finaliser nos itinéraires techniques et de continuer le développement de notre technologie. Il a été co-financé par l’Union Européenne via le Fond Européen pour les Affaires Maritimes et la Pêche.
