The Palace is a place located in Nancy, which advocates living together.
It has been imagined and created so that everyone can find it, share moments there, only with friends. 3 Universes coexist, in this extraordinary place: food short, leisure and coworking. The objective? Being able to eat, have fun and/or work in the same place.
The ground floor is made up of a food-cut, with nearly 300 seats, where we find committed actors such as Bioburger, Emilie and the Cool Kids, ...
The first floor will make lovers of e-sport and virtual reality. Escape games, Karaoke and Quiz Room will also have their place in the basement of the Palais.
Finally, on the top floor, you will find a coworking space with several open-paces, closed offices, meeting rooms and many events.
The place was designed by the Deromedi group, initially an actor in the real estate world, the group diversified its activities, particularly in the retail field. With a solid knowledge, the group wanted to create a unique place allowing in particular to revitalize the Nancy Coeur district.
The rehabilitation of the former congress palace of the city of Nancy began in 2022, the opening of the place is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.

Le Palais est un lieu situé à Nancy, qui prône le vivre-ensemble.
Il a été imaginé et créé pour que chacun(e) s'y retrouve, y partage des moments, seul(e) ou entre ami(e)s. 3 univers cohabitent, dans cet endroit hors du commun : food-court, le loisirs et coworking. L'objectif ? Pouvoir manger, s'amuser et/ou travailler au même endroit.
Le rez-de-chaussée est composé d'un food-court, avec près de 300 places assises, où l'on retrouve des acteurs engagés tels que BioBurger, Emilie and the Cool Kids, ...
Le premier étage quant à lui fera le bonheur des amoureux de e-sport et de réalité virtuelle. Des salles d'escape game, karaoke et quizz room auront également leur place au sous-sol du Palais.
Enfin, au dernier étage, vous retrouverez un espace de Coworking avec plusieurs open-spaces, des bureaux fermés, des salles de réunion et de nombreux événements.
Le lieu a été pensé par le Groupe Deromedi, initialement acteur dans le milieu de l'immobilier, le Groupe a diversifié ses activités notamment dans le domaine du retail. Fort de solides connaissances, le Groupe a souhaité créer un lieu unique permettant notamment de redynamiser le quartier du Grand Coeur de Nancy.
La réhabilitation de L'Ancien Palais des Congrès de la ville de Nancy a débuté en 2022, l'ouverture du lieu est prévue pour le premier trimestre 2024.
