    ExAdEx-Innov owns exclusive worldwide rights to ExAdEx patented breakthrough technology to develop preclinical models derived from human adipose tissue obtained from patients. These models maintain their native 3D structure, stem cells, functionality, and vascularization over the long term in culture, providing a faithful representation of clinical conditions. They enable the pharmaceutical industry to generate reliable human data in the laboratory, significantly reducing clinical failure rates and allowing for treatments better tailored to target patient profiles. More ethical, faster, and clinically relevant than animal testing, these models de-risk the evaluation of the efficacy and safety of treatments targeting obesity, metabolic diseases, and dermatological conditions.

    ExAdEx Technology has been develop in French academic laboratories of excellence (Côte d’Azur University, Institut de Biologie Valrose, CNRS, INSERM, University Hospital of Nice) and is supported by SATT Sud-Est, IdEX Université Côte d'Azur, CNRS Innovation, Provence Côte d'Azur Business Incubator, Métropôle Nice Côte d’Azur and Eurobiomed Healthtech Accelerator.

    ExAdEx-Innov is member of Eurobiomed and Cosmetic Valley clusters and of Les DeepTech community by BpiFrance.
