Cerevaa est un centre de Recherche sous contrat offrant une expertise pointue en RMN (Résonance Magnétique Nucléaire) pour vous accompagner dans vos projets de Recherche et Développement.
De la simple analyse de contrôle d'une matière première ou de la réalisation d’une étude, à la mise en place de méthodes innovantes sur sites industriels, nous répondons à façon aux besoins de chacun, PME et grands comptes du cosmétique.
Les méthodes de RMN à bas champ (20 MHz) et à haut champ (500 MHz) sont complémentaires pour caractériser les propriétés physico-chimiques et chimiques des matières premières et des produits finis (extraits végétaux, produits solaires, crèmes hydratantes, soin visage, maquillage, lotions...).
Par RMN à bas champ, il devient possible de prédire la stabilité des émulsions, d'optimiser les formules et les procédés, de mesurer la capacité d'hydratation et d'évaluer l'efficacité d'actifs sur des modèles tels que les cheveux, les peaux reconstituées ou les explants de peau...
Par RMN à haut champ, une caractérisation fine et précise de la composition d'un échantillon est réalisée. Les domaines d'applications concernent le contrôle des matières premières, la recherche de l'origine de défaut (floculats, odeurs, texture...), le suivi de la stabilité d'actifs, la recherche de molécules indésirables, le suivi des interactions contenant/contenu...
