Depuis 1985, la SEMSAMAR, Société d'Economie Mixte de Saint-Martin, apporte des solutions dans les domaines de l’aménagement urbain et de l’immobilier pour le compte des collectivités, de l’État, des entreprises privées et des particuliers.
Nous sommes l’unique entreprise à offrir ce niveau d’expertise locale à la fois à Saint-Martin, en Guadeloupe, en Guyane et en Martinique. La SEMSAMAR est devenue un acteur important dans l’immobilier qui investit, chaque année, plusieurs dizaines de millions d’euros dans ces territoires.
