UP2PLAY a pour objectif de créer et exploiter des complexes développés autour d’un nouveau concept qui rassemble un mix activités sports et loisirs inédit et une offre clé en main :
• Établir pour chaque projet une programmation mixte cohérente permettant de développer l’attractivité d’un territoire.
• Proposer une offre innovante en associant des activités sports et loisirs, des salles de séminaires, un espace bar – restauration.
• Créer de véritables lieux de vie, accessibles et destinés à tous les publics.
• Mettre en place une diversité d’équipements afin de séduire aussi bien une clientèle entreprise qu’une clientèle de particuliers
ORGANISATION
Née en juillet 2018 de l’association entre la société SPORT CONSULTEAM et le groupe REALITES, UP2PLAY s’inscrit pleinement dans la stratégie portée par le Groupe REALITES depuis plusieurs années d’accompagner les territoires en favorisant la création de valeur dans une multitude de secteurs. La filiale est dirigée par l’ancien footballeur professionnel nantais Nicolas Savinaud en binôme avec Guillaume Moutel.
