Based in Rabat (Morocco), the IFF was created in 2015 as part of a fruitful partnership between the ONCF and the SNCF as part of the high -speed line project in Morocco.

The Institute has:

virtual classes

• 7 practical work rooms with educational models
• 1 multifunctional driving simulator composed of 6 independent driving cabins; 2 instructors (which can supervise several simulations at the same time) and 1 position

Basé à Rabat (Maroc), l'IFF a été créé en 2015 dans le cadre d'un partenariat fructueux entre l'ONCF et la SNCF dans le cadre du projet de Ligne à Grande Vitesse au Maroc.
L'Institut développe et déploie un catalogue complet comprenant plus de 140 modules de formation couvrant l'ensemble des compétences nécessaires à l'exploitation du système ferroviaire.
Il couvre les réseaux conventionnels et à grande vitesse, les activités ferroviaires de voyageurs, de fret et de logistique, ainsi que les transports urbains et périurbains.
L'IFF s'appuie sur un corps de plus de 100 formateurs sélectionnés et aux compétences reconnues dans leur domaine provenant principalement de la SNCF et de l'ONCF.
L'Institut dispose de :
• 18 salles de formation, dont 8 équipées de tableaux numériques interactifs et 5 équipées pour les
classes virtuelles
• 1 Digital Lab spécialement équipé pour la production de contenus digitaux avec une zone
d'enregistrement sur fond vert
• 7 salles de travaux pratiques avec des maquettes pédagogiques
• 1 Simulateur de conduite multifonctionnel composé de 6 cabines de conduite indépendantes ; 2 postes d'instructeurs (qui peuvent superviser plusieurs simulations en même temps) et 1 poste
